1. Purpose of This Platform

Noor Match is an Islamic matrimony platform designed exclusively for Muslims seeking Nikah (Islamic marriage). This platform exists for one purpose only: to facilitate sincere, halal marriage between Muslims who are serious about their intention and conduct.

This is not a dating platform, social network, or entertainment service. Any use of Noor Match for purposes other than sincere marriage will result in immediate account suspension.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• You must be a Muslim with sincere intention to seek Nikah.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile. False information is a violation of Islamic principles and these Terms.
• You may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• Accounts require admin approval before browsing other profiles is enabled.

3. Islamic Conduct Requirements

All members are expected to behave with Islamic adab (etiquette) at all times. This includes:

• Communicating respectfully, using appropriate Islamic greetings (Assalamu Alaikum).
• Maintaining gender boundaries — no inappropriate language, photos, or requests.
• Involving a wali (guardian) in the marriage process as advised in Islam.
• Not using the platform to contact members for non-marital purposes.
• Not sharing personal contact information (phone, social media, etc.) before proper due diligence.

4. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal:

• Sharing indecent, inappropriate, or provocative photos or messages.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of any member.
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person.
• Using the platform for commercial promotion, spam, or solicitation.
• Any content that violates Islamic principles or promotes haram activities.
• Attempting to extract personal financial information from members.

5. Photo Privacy

Photos uploaded to Noor Match should be modest and appropriate for an Islamic matrimony setting. Profile photos are blurred by default and may only be shared at your discretion with matched members. Immodest or inappropriate photos will be removed by admin and may result in account suspension.

6. Wali (Guardian) Policy

Noor Match strongly encourages and supports the involvement of a wali (guardian) as recommended in Islamic tradition. Members may add their wali's contact details and invite them to oversee the communication process. The platform does not require wali approval to register, but we encourage members to involve their guardians at the appropriate stage.

7. Matches and Communication

• Chat between members is only enabled after a mutual match (both parties expressed interest).
• All messages are subject to automated moderation for inappropriate content.
• Admin may review flagged conversations to ensure platform safety.
• Noor Match does not guarantee any matches or marriage outcomes.

8. Verification and Approval

All new accounts are reviewed by our admin team before browse access is granted. We reserve the right to approve or reject any profile at our discretion. Providing false information during registration or verification may result in permanent ban.

9. Reporting and Moderation

Members are encouraged to report any suspicious, dishonest, or inappropriate behaviour. All reports are reviewed by our admin team. We take the safety and dignity of all members seriously and will act swiftly on valid reports.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Noor Match reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms or engages in behaviour contrary to Islamic values and platform guidelines. Users may also delete their own account at any time through profile settings.

11. Disclaimer

Noor Match provides a platform to connect sincere Muslims. We do not perform background checks, verify all stated information, or guarantee the character, intentions, or claims of any member. Members are responsible for their own safety and due diligence when interacting with others. Always involve a trusted wali or family member in your marriage process.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
