No. Chat is only available between two members who have formed a mutual match. This prevents unwanted contact and ensures that all communication is with someone who has also expressed genuine interest.

Free members can send up to 5 interests per day. This is to encourage thoughtful, sincere interest expressions rather than mass-sending to every profile.

A wali is a guardian — typically a father, brother, or trusted male relative — who oversees the marriage process in accordance with Islamic tradition. Involving a wali is strongly recommended and supported by Noor Match. In most Islamic schools of thought, a wali's involvement is required for a valid Nikah.

You can add your wali's name and email address in your profile settings. From the Wali Dashboard, you can manage guardian involvement in your matches. This is completely optional for browsing but recommended before proceeding toward Nikah.

On any member's profile page, you will find a "Report Member" button. You can also block a member to prevent further contact. All reports are reviewed by our admin team, and action is taken swiftly on valid reports.

Immediately report the member using the Report button on their profile. You can also block them. Our admin team reviews all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspension, or permanent ban.
